Over the past several months, we’ve been getting a question from many of our customers,
“When are you going to do a raw food ‘cooking’ class?”
Well now to answer your question, on Sunday January 29th we have former Raw Aura chef Doug McNish coming to teach the raw food basics we all need to know to begin to really integrate this cuisine into our lives. The class we be held at 1pm for a total of three hours. In addition to the raw lifestyle basics, there are a number of recipes you will be stocked with to get you on your way including:
- nut/seed milk
- green smoothie
- kale salad with a creamy tahini dressing
- zucchini noodles in a tomato basil marinara sauce
- almond parmesan cheese
- red beet ravioli with a cashew ricotta and a red pepper marinara sauce
- chocolate avocado mousse
- berry cashew cheesecake squares

The cost of the class is going for $100 all-inclusive. Due to high demand we ask that there are no cancellations one week prior to January 29th.
